Okay, but a bit slow
I got the Long Jacket in green. The jacket itself is quite nice, the material feels good, and it's definitely waterproof, which was the main thing I needed. It fits well too, followed their size guide. My only minor issue was the delivery; it took around 10 days to get to me in California. I've had faster shipping from other places. Customer service was fine when I asked about the tracking, they responded within a day. Overall, a solid jacket, just wish it arrived a bit quicker.
